Three EU states are calling on their citizens to leave Russia

The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria on Tuesday, September 27, issued messages calling on their citizens to leave Russian territory.

Thus, the Estonian department asks fellow citizens to avoid traveling to the Russian Federation, and those who are already there, to return home. Against the backdrop of the mobilization in Russia, the Foreign Ministry recalled that Moscow considers holders of dual citizenship as its own.

In turn, Bulgarian diplomats spoke about the “complicated situation” in the Russian Federation and urged citizens to leave this country. And those who decide to stay are asked to “be extremely vigilant, avoid crowded places, consider the development of the situation.”

Finally, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland reminded Poles in the Russian Federation whose country Moscow recognizes as unfriendly. It is also impossible to use Polish bank cards in the territory of the aggressor country, where arbitrary detentions and forced inspections of the content of mobile phones are widespread.

In addition, they noted that in Warsaw, holders of dual citizenship may be restricted from leaving Russia, and in the event of border closures or emergencies, the evacuation of Poles may be impossible due to the very small number of Polish diplomatic personnel in the Russian Federation. .

Recall that earlier journalists calculated that if 300 thousand people were mobilized in the Russian Federation, it would create a labor shortage in the country.
