Russia has consolidated battalion task forces and is going through a terrible time trying to rebuild its forces.
Russia, according to Western intelligence, is running out of ammunition. It casts doubt on its ability to launch a new offensive in Ukraine. This was announced on Friday, August 19, by ITN editor Emma Burroughs at Twitter.
“We have a wide range of evidence showing that ammunition is being depleted … including ammunition coming from deep storage,” the journalist said, according to an unnamed Western intelligence official.
The Western official noted that reducing Russia’s ammunition stockpiles “will eventually begin to harm Russia’s ability to launch an offensive.”
According to him, the Russian Federation has integrated battalion tactical groups and is going through terrible times trying to rebuild its forces.
It will be remembered that on the eve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, four Russian ammunition depots were destroyed in one day.
