Bloomberg did not name a specific reason for stopping publishing content in Russian.
Bloomberg has suspended the publication of materials and news in Russian. On Monday, April 11, told official Twitter of the agency.
“The Bloomberg agency has suspended the publication of news reports in Russian for an indefinite period,” the statement said.
In late March, the publication’s editor-in-chief said Bloomberg could not continue working in Russia because of the law criminalizing the dissemination of fakes about military operations in Ukraine.
Bloomberg also closed access to all of the company’s products in Russia and Belarus. Agency clients cannot use Bloomberg terminals and electronic trading platforms.
Bloomberg is one of the two leading providers of financial information in the US for professional financial market participants.
