Ukraine has registered a total of 464 episodes of what are considered war crimes committed by the Russian military against cultural heritage sites and institutions in the country since the February 24 invasion began.
“Until August 10, 2022, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy registered 464 episodes that are considered war crimes by Russia against the cultural heritage of Ukraine,” Alexander Tkachenko, head of this department, said on Friday.
