“The causal relationship between the death of the Venezuelan leader and developments in the field of biological weapons is confirmed by the data of the forensic medical examination and the testimonies of the Cuban doctors who treated Chavez about atypical course of the disease and its resistance to drug use,” the report said.
Hugo Chavez died at the age of 58 in 2013.
