The Kremlin is preparing to approve the updated strategy of the state’s national policy, the key aspect of which is the emphasis on Russian culture and language as the “Fundamentals of National Unity”.
This was reported about the press service of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
Moscow openly recognizes that Rus, propaganda and cultural clearing seeks to form 95% of SO -Salling “All -Roussian Identity” by 2036, the reconnaissance emphasizes.
It is noted that this document describes two main vectors:
- Russification of the occupied territories. This is an official consolidation of the course to displace national identity from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as Transnistria, Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The Kremlin does not hide that its further goal is Belarus. Increased impact of propaganda, as well as the expansion of the role of the Russian language as a “universal means of interethnic communication”;
- Strengthening antimnic policy under the guise of “fighting extremism.” Rainting 6 million migrants in the sources of threats, Moscow is increasingly using xenophobic narratives as an instrument of political mobilization, reflecting in public moods – according to the results of sociological research, more than 80% of Russians are convinced that the number of migrants in the country is excessive.
