Near the temporarily occupied city of Lisichansk, Luhansk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated a Russian OMON detachment from Sakhalin. This was stated in the message of the Office of Strategic Communications, published on Saturday, July 23.
As indicated, commandos have recently arrived in Ukraine from the Far East as part of the rotation. Ukrainian fighters destroyed more than ten invaders.
“Warriors of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sent a gift to a Sakhalin OMON detachment in Lisichansk, which had just entered the rotation. 12 were immediately officially denazified and demilitarized, the remaining detachment was seriously wounded,” specified the protectors.
Note that the Sakhalin OMON detachment is considered one of the best special forces in Russia.
Earlier, the head of the military administration of the Luhansk region, Serhiy Gaidai, said that in Lisichansk, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed fifty invaders when they were holding a meeting.
