The commander of the Bulgarian Navy, Admiral Kirill Mikhailov, explained that it was “an empty anti-aircraft missile starter.”
He also added that this element of the aircraft is no longer dangerous.
The media suggest that “it was a missile complex, located on the island of Serpents.”
On July 1, a mine was destroyed in the Black Sea, which was drifting 50 kilometers from the coast near the city of Varna – this is a large port in Bulgaria, the Golden Sands and Sunny Beach resorts are located nearby.
