users Metropolitan expressed their dissatisfaction with the increase in ticket prices that began last Saturday, July 16. They feel that the service they are receiving does not justify a rate hike.
Team RPP News arrived this morning at Naranjal stationin Independencia, and spoke to several users who unanimously rejected the price increase.
One woman pointed out, for example, the lack of buses, which is especially noticeable during peak hours when long queues form at the stations.
“Unfortunately, we have to keep (paying) even if we run out of money. There are no more buses because the queues are very long. It took us longer to queue than to get to our destination,” he complained.
broken cars
Another issue reported by users Metropolitan this is a small number of machines for replenishing cards. For example, in Naranjal stationone of the main services, most do not work.
“It seems exaggerated to me (price increase), because from one moment to the next they are notified of a ticket increase. Every rise is unexpected, they did not think about it; but no way. We need to get access to it,” said the young man.
“He saw most of the (cars) for reloading fail. How can they raise a ticket when the quality of service is lousy?” he added.
Our correspondent reported that during the transfer, one of the few working machines began to fail, which caused great discomfort to users who were queuing to top up their cards.
