On the night of today, January 21, drones of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the Liskinskaya oil depot in the Voronezh region of Russia for the second time in a week.
This was reported by the press service of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As a result of the strike, carried out in cooperation with other components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, tanks with fuel and lubricants, which the occupiers provide to Russian troops, are burning. The enterprise belongs to one of the largest Russian state corporations, Rosneft, the General Staff noted.
In addition, the General Staff reports that the Defense Forces, in particular the Unmanned Systems Forces and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, hit the infrastructure of the Smolensk Aviation Plant JSC in the Smolensk region, where combat aircraft are modernized and produced. Explosions were recorded on the territory of the aircraft factory.
The defeat of the control points of the Russian occupation army also continues. In particular, the command post of the 29th combined arms army of the Russian Federation in the temporarily occupied Volnovakha, Donetsk region, was attacked. There is information about explosions and smoke in the target area. The results of the strikes are being clarified, the General Staff added.
Let us recall that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrsky, recently stated that as a result of attacks by the Defense Forces on strategic and military targets in Russia in recent months, the work of Russian artillery has significantly decreased.
