Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky congratulated Donald Trump on his inauguration.
The head of state emphasized that Trump is always decisive, and his declared policy of “peace through strength” makes it possible to strengthen American leadership and achieve a long-term and just peace, which is a top priority. On January 20, Zelensky published on the social network X.
Congratulations to President Donald Trump and the American people on your inauguration! This is a day of change, as well as hope for solving many problems, including global challenges, the message says.
Zelensky noted that right now it is being decided what this century will be like.
Good luck, President Trump! We look forward to active and mutually beneficial cooperation. Together we are stronger and can give the world and our peoples more security, stability and economic growth,” Zelensky wrote.
Let us remind you that on January 20, the inauguration of the 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, took place in Washington. The new American leader promised that America would begin a “golden age” and outlined the priorities of his administration. However, in his speech he did not mention his election promise to help end the war in Ukraine as quickly as possible.
