Acting Chairman of the State Customs Service Sergei Zvyagintsev was informed of suspicion of deliberately entering into the declaration deliberately false data on real estate worth over 100 thousand dollars.
According to SAPO and NABU, the investigation found that in the declarations for 2021-2023, the official did not reflect information about a residential building with an area of 236.8 square meters and the land plot near Kiev on which it is located.
Real estate with a total value of more than 100 thousand. dollars, was registered in the name of a close relative of the wife, but in fact its owner and manager was Zvyagintsev and his family.
The actions of the official are qualified according to the elements of a crime under Part 1 of Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation continues.
Currently, the acting head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine is Sergey Borisovich Zvyagintsev.
