On the night of today, December 27, Russian invaders carried out another massive air attack on Ukraine.
This was reported on the Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It is noted that from 19.00 on December 26, the Russians attacked Ukraine:
- two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Voronezh and Kursk regions of Russia;
- 24 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and drones of other types in the Russian directions of Orel, Bryansk and Millerov.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine, the report said.
As of 09:00 today:
- the killing of 13 Shahed type attack UAVs and other types of simulator drones was confirmed in the Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov, Kyiv, Kirovograd, Dnepropetrovsk and Donetsk regions;
- due to active opposition from the Defense Forces, 11 enemy simulator drones were lost in location (without negative consequences).
