12 people were killed and three injured in an explosion at an explosives factory in Turkey.
According to the governor of Balikesir province, Ismail Ustaoglu, the explosion occurred in the production workshop of the plant, but the cause remains unknown.
Baki Eser, head of the Keteili district, one of the villages located near the plant, said:
