    In Khmelnytskyi region, the police detained the chairman of one of the medical and social examination centers for taking a bribe of more than 200 thousand UAH.

    .

    According to the investigation, the chairman of one of the MSEC centers of the city of Mariupol, located in Khmelnitsky, together with other members of the commission, established a corruption scheme to avoid mobilization in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

    The defendants “helped” internally displaced persons under the male category obtain fictitious medical documents that gave them the right to further receive disability groups. For such services, the attackers demanded from 3 to 7 thousand dollars.

    According to the investigation, the suspect demanded 5 thousand dollars from the man. for a positive “resolution of the issue” regarding the establishment of disability group III.

    The woman was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine upon receipt of this amount of funds. More than 20 thousand dollars were seized from the suspect’s home.
