New and used trucks, buses, trucks, special equipment, as well as new passenger cars submitted for first registration in Ukraine must meet Euro-6 standards.
On December 17, the Verkhovna Rada delayed the implementation of environmental standards for trucks and buses until 2027. People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this on Tuesday, December 17.
The representatives voted on bill No. 12267, which provides a delay until January 1, 2027, of the implementation of the requirement to comply with Euro 6 environmental standards for buses, trucks and special vehicles, both new and used.
It was noted that from January 1, 2025, new and used trucks, buses, trucks, special equipment, as well as new passenger cars submitted for the first registration in Ukraine must meet Euro standards 6.
It was previously reported that the Rada extended tax and customs benefits for the next year.
The Ministry of the Environment has also published a report on the emissions and transfer of pollutants for 2023.
