Slovakia is closing its only consulate in the Russian Federation

“Regarding citizens of the Russian Federation, the Consulate General will no longer provide services to them. Citizens of the Russian Federation may continue to submit applications for visas, residence permits or verification of signatures, translation, photocopies and copies of documents at the embassy in Moscow,” the statement said. message.

In August of this year, the Slovak government adopted changes in the work of some of the country’s embassies and consulates. At the end of December, the work of the Slovak embassy in Denmark and Norway, as well as the consulate general in Krakow, Poland, will also be suspended.
