The geography of support for Ukraine continues to expand from North America to Africa, from Europe to Asia, the OP assured.
The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said on Thursday, November 28, that Ukraine is ready to host the second Peace Summit in the near future. He revealed this at the Diplomacy Today forum: Ukraine’s role in global politics.
He made sure that the plan was already in place.
“Thanks to active cooperation with our partners, a common framework has been formed that will be the basis for the second Peace Summit, and Ukraine is ready to host it in the near future,” emphasized Ermak.
According to him, the geography of support for Ukraine continues to expand from North America to Africa, from Europe to Asia.
Ermak believes that the first Summit is a truly historic event that “united more than 100 states and international organizations.”
It was previously reported that Ukraine is preparing a three-point plan for the second Peace Summit. Currently there is active cooperation with countries in the Global South.
Let’s remember that the first Peace Summit was held on June 15-16 in Switzerland. It discussed nuclear security, food security, prisoner exchanges and the return of Ukrainian children kidnapped by the Russian Federation. The communiqué following the Summit was signed by 84 countries and organizations. The document remains open for connection. After some time, several other countries signed it.
