A fatal shooting occurred in one of the hotels in Kyiv.
On Saturday, November 23, at about 1.00, a conflict arose between two companies in the hotel premises, which escalated into a fight. Then one of the men received a weapon and fired several shots towards the opponents. The Metropolitan Police reported this on Facebook.
As a result of the shooting, a 27-year-old man died on the spot. His friend and hotel security guard was hospitalized with injuries. Doctors assess their condition as satisfactory.
Law enforcement officers managed to detain one of the participants in the brawl. The shooter fled the scene and is already being sought.
Investigators opened two criminal proceedings under Part 115 (premeditated murder) and Part 2 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Some public pages write that the conflict in the hotel, which escalated into shooting, arose between the police and the military. However, this information still needs to be verified.
Let us remind you that a shooting occurred on the territory of a warehouse complex in the village of Schastlivoe in the Kyiv region – a video appeared online in which a man in military uniform runs after a civilian and shoots in his direction. The Ministry of Defense subsequently stated that the shooter was an employee of the TCC.
