Starting November 20, the Reserve+ application launched the opportunity to apply for a deferment from mobilization for parents with many children, namely families with three minor children in a joint marriage.
The updated version of the application is already available in the AppStore and PlayMarket,” noted Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Ekaterina Chernogonko.
Through Reserve+, 150 thousand deferments have already been issued or restored. And now they are available for parents with many children who have three children under 18 years of age in a common marriage.
We continue to work on interaction with the Unified Register of Debtors so that deferments become available for parents of all types with many children,” Chernogorenko noted.
In addition to parents with many children, the online deferment service is available for:
-
people with disabilities who have a current disability pension certificate;
-
students, graduate students and doctoral students receiving education in a sequential order. For example, after a bachelor’s degree, one gets a master’s degree. Or after a master’s degree they go to graduate school.
According to the minister, online deferment works very simply. You need to log in to “Reserve+” and send a request. The system will check if you are eligible for a deferment. If so, this status will appear on the electronic military document.
People with disabilities will receive a deferment for a year or until the end of the pension certificate. Students, graduate students and doctoral students will receive a deferment until the end of martial law and mobilization.
The Ministry of Defense is working to make online deferments available to other categories of citizens.
