“In my speech to the UN Security Council, I mentioned the price of war that Ukraine had to pay for the past 1,000 days and the price that the world had to pay if it chose the path of appeasement,” the Ukrainian official stressed. .

According to him, this war concerns not only Ukraine, but global security.

“We need peace through strength, not through weakness,” emphasized Sibiga.

Earlier, the UN said that Russian attacks on Ukraine in October this year killed at least 183 civilians, including nine children. Another 903 people were injured. About 45% of those killed were over 60 years old.
