The two -day international conference on the restoration of Ukraine will begin on Monday, July 4, in the city of Lugano in Switzerland, reports Ukrinform.
It was noted that at the representative event, which was attended by high Ukrainian and foreign officials, it was planned to present a grand plan for the restoration of Ukraine. The conference will include a business forum and recovery panels in key areas of the economy, as well as in the social sphere.
The following topics are on the agenda:

a plan for the recovery and development of Ukraine (under the initiative of President Zelensky United 24) and various contributions from international partners for the recovery of Ukraine;

methods, priorities and principles of renewal; social, economic, environmental and infrastructure recovery from damage and loss caused by war;
-
reforms that are possible or need to be implemented in the current situation.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk and Prime Minister Denys Shmygal, several ministers and deputies of Ukraine, senior EU officials, international financial institutions, human rights structures, etc. arrived in Lugano.

The event in Lugano was a continuation of four initial conferences on reforms in Ukraine, the war made adjustments to the name and purpose of the event.Thus, the fifth Reform Conference in Ukraine was renamed the Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine.
It was previously reported that the conference in Lugano will be the starting point in the process of restoration of Ukraine.
And next year the UK will hold a conference dedicated to the restoration of Ukraine.
