Deputy prosecutor of Zaporozhye region released from pre-trial detention center

    Deputy prosecutor of the Zaporozhye region Natalya Maksimenko left the pre-trial detention center on bail of UAH 8 million.

    .

    The money was deposited on Monday, journalist Oleg Novikov reported on his TG channel.

    Maksimenko was assigned the following responsibilities:

    • arrive on demand;
    • do not leave the Zaporozhye region without permission;
    • report a change in your place of residence and/or place of work;
    • refrain from communicating with a number of people;
    • deposit your passport and wear an electronic bracelet.

    According to investigators, Maksimenko demanded and received $40 thousand in unlawful benefits for changing jurisdiction in criminal proceedings, ensuring the cancellation of the seizure of property and not bringing a person to criminal liability.
