Deputy prosecutor of the Zaporozhye region Natalya Maksimenko left the pre-trial detention center on bail of UAH 8 million.
The money was deposited on Monday, journalist Oleg Novikov reported on his TG channel.
Maksimenko was assigned the following responsibilities:
- arrive on demand;
- do not leave the Zaporozhye region without permission;
- report a change in your place of residence and/or place of work;
- refrain from communicating with a number of people;
- deposit your passport and wear an electronic bracelet.
According to investigators, Maksimenko demanded and received $40 thousand in unlawful benefits for changing jurisdiction in criminal proceedings, ensuring the cancellation of the seizure of property and not bringing a person to criminal liability.
