Ukrainian poet, writer, musician and soldier Sergei Zhadan summed up his four and a half months of mobilization.
In his message on social networks, he spoke about his military rank and place of service. He completed two months of training and now serves in the NSU Charter support battalion, under the command of his longtime friend Mikhail Ozerov. Sergei and his brothers were busy fixing the brigade’s positions and noted that “they hit a lot of bumps on the field roads near Liptsy.”
For the past two weeks, Zhadan has been a second-class staff sergeant in the military press service’s civil-military cooperation section. He noted that the work was intense, but very important: establishing communications within the unit, supporting brigade services, working on the development of the Radio Charter, medical assistance, patronage and fundraising activities.
“It is an honor to work for the Defense Forces. It is an honor to serve the Ukrainian people,” wrote Sergei.
It was previously reported that Vitaly Kozlovsky shared details of his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
