Roskomnadzor explained it as a DDOS attack on Russian telecom operators. Experts suggested that the Russian authorities first tried to block the Telegram messenger, but their actions affected the work of other sources.
On September 18, Discord stopped working for users from different regions of Russia. The last failure was recorded on September 26.
We remind you that in early August YouTube stopped working in Russia – users began to complain about the complete stop of video hosting.
