The United States, Britain, Germany and France supply or may supply such long-range weapons that could help Ukraine expel Russian troops from the country.

President Vladimir Zelensky said that to use long-range weapons against military targets on Russian territory, Ukraine needs permission from four countries – the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany. The head of state announced this at a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of Ireland, Simon Harris.

“With all due respect to each country, especially our partners in Ireland, the permission to use long-range weapons depends on the countries that give us these weapons specific states: the USA, Great Britain , France and Germany,” Zelensky emphasized.

These countries supply or can supply the kind of long-range weapons that will help Ukraine expel Russian troops from the country, as well as protect civilian lives in cities such as Poltava, Lviv, Kharkov, Kyiv, Dnieper and Krivoy Rog.

Earlier, Latvian President Edgars Rinkevichs responded to Russia’s attack on Poltava and called for the lifting of restrictions on the use of all types of weapons by Ukrainian troops against Russia.

Commenting on the Russian missile attack on Poltava, the Polish Foreign Ministry stressed that Warsaw will continue to support Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression.
