The president’s wife, Elena Zelenskaya, reported this on the X network after lunch on September 3.

In the morning, two Russian ballistic missiles hit the territory of the Institute of Communications in Poltava. Initially, 41 people were reported dead. People were under the rubble. Many were rescued.
