On the night of August 30, the Russian Federation Army launched an air strike on the civilian infrastructure of Sumy.
A fire broke out, as a result of which smoke is observed in the air in certain microdistricts of the city. Residents were asked to close windows and doors tightly and, if possible, not to leave their premises until the consequences of the enemy attack were completely eliminated. This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
The Russian strike also resulted in casualties, but the OVA did not specify their number.
All emergency rescue services are working to eliminate the consequences.
Let us recall that on the evening of August 24, the Russian army attacked the private sector in Sumy. Seven people were injured, two of them were in serious condition.
