On August 29, the Russian army captured a village in the Kursk region of Russia.
Enemy units have taken control of the Russian settlement of Korenevo. The invaders have also advanced along the eastern front in Ukraine. This was reported by the monitoring project DeepState on Telegram.
It is noted that the enemy’s advance was recorded in Mikhaylovka, near Panteleymonovka, Peschanoye and Andreyevka in the Donetsk region. However, it is noted that there are many changes in the verification process or information is missing per day.
Meanwhile, in the construction of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for August 29, it is reported that 156 combat clashes occurred in 24 hours. In particular, in the Pokrovsk direction, the aggressor carried out 40 assault and offensive actions. Another 24 attacks occurred in the Kupyansk direction, 30 attacks – in the Kurakhovsky direction.
Recall that on August 28, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that in Pokrovsk and other areas in the Donetsk region, it is “extremely difficult.” The head of state reported that the “tension” that the Ukrainian Armed Forces “transferred to Russia” will not allow the Russian army to send additional forces to the Donetsk region.
