The President appointed Vyacheslav Nepogod to the post of head of the Ternopil Regional State Administration.
In 2014-2019, Negoda served as Deputy Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, and since 2019, as Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine. In 1990-1998, Negoda was the mayor of Ternopil.
In 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers approved Nenasty’s dismissal from the post of deputy minister. This happened after the scandal with the first deputy minister Vasily Lozinsky, who was caught taking a bribe of 400 thousand dollars.
Nenasty’s predecessor, Volodymyr Trush, was dismissed on December 29, 2023, amid an investigation by NABU into two of his deputies and the chairman of the Ternopil Regional Council, Mykhailo Golovko, suspected of extorting a bribe from a businessman.
