Lukashenko is counting on Russia in the event of an “attack” on Belarus

The Belarusian dictator assures that the Republic of Belarus will not use nuclear weapons as long as its state borders are not violated.

Russia will send its troops to Belarus to provide military support if an act of military aggression is taken against Belarus. This was said by the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in an interview for the Russian propaganda TV channel Russiareports the Belarusian pro-government news agency BelTA.

“Russia, according to our agreement, introduced (in Belarus – ed.) its units – they determined which armies – in Belarus we will make the first blow, and then Russia supports us as a reserve,” insisted the dictator of Belarus.

He assures that Belarus will not use nuclear weapons as long as its state borders are not violated.

It should be noted that the Republic of Belarus does not have its own nuclear weapons. Lukashenko was talking about the nuclear weapons that the Russian Federation has placed on the territory of Belarus, according to Kremlin statements.
Minsk cannot use it without permission from the Russian Federation. Over the past two years, Russia itself has periodically threatened nuclear weapons, but never used them, despite “violating state borders.”

Earlier, Alexander Lukashenko gave instructions to strengthen the grouping of troops in the tactical directions of Gomel and Mozyr.
