In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, controlled by the so-called LPR, there is a tendency for wages to be delayed for months at state or municipal enterprises.
This was reported today, August 7, on the Telegram channel of the Luhansk OVA.
The money started disappearing not when it was supposed to be difficult, but at a time when Russia’s inter-budget relations with the occupied territories had become more or less established, the report says. – Another case is the transport department in the Sorokinsky district, where the debt to employees amounted to seven months.
The website of the Center for National Resistance reports that the occupiers have decided to “save” on paying salaries to the drivers of the tram and trolleybus department of the so-called “LNR”.
It is noted that this problem has been ongoing since March last year.
In the temporarily occupied Luhansk, 16 drivers of the local municipal enterprise have not received at least one and a half million Russian rubles in wages to date, the report says. Non-payments and wage arrears are systemic here. This has led to a critical shortage of public transport drivers in the occupied city.
The same situation is observed in temporarily occupied Donetsk.
Here, barely a third of buses, trolleybuses and trams go out on the line. The reason is the same – there are no drivers, – the Central Nervous System added.
