On the night of Thursday, August 1, the occupiers hit the city with a dozen shells. Two women died – a mother and daughter. One was 40 years old. The other turned 72 today. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported this on Facebook.
A 46-year-old man was also injured. The wounded man will be treated as an outpatient.
In addition, Russian shelling damaged multi-story apartment buildings. A balcony caught fire in one apartment. Private homes, a fire station, a college, a school and buses were damaged.
Let us recall that on the night of August 1, the Russian army launched a missile attack on one of the railway stations in the Kharkiv region. As a result of the attack, the conductor received shrapnel wounds. The explosions also damaged two locomotives, freight and passenger cars.
