Department spokesman Dmitry Lazutkin explained that there is no legal framework for such agendas yet.

There is currently no legal basis for sending electronic subpoenas. This was stated by the spokesman of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Dmitry Lazutkin in an interview with NV.

“Right now there is no regulatory framework for this, so there is no legal basis for this, not in the ministry.” , the official said.

According to him, people have updated their contact information – phone numbers, addresses.

“Now, according to the current regulatory framework, you can send subpoenas by registered mail with a description of the attachment, this is the mechanism that will be used at the moment,” said Lazutkin.

A department representative said there would be no need to issue street summonses if everyone updated their military registration data, and that those who violate military registration rules would be separately appear in TCC and SP or register in the Reserve+ application.

He added that the TCC has a base, and if they understand where to contact someone liable for military service, then they don’t have to go out and look for him.

As you know, on May 18, a new mobilization law in Ukraine was implemented. Now citizens have 60 days to update data in TCCs, TsNAP and the Reserve+ application. The Ministry of Defense explained that there was a threat of refusal to update the data in the TCC.
