The Ukrainian president made this statement after a report by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. Kuleba went to China on a three-day visit.
Chinese authorities have previously stated that they do not provide weapons to either side in what they call the “Ukrainian crisis.”
During the war in Ukraine, China has become Russia’s main supplier of goods needed for various weapons, including missiles, according to Western media. This month, NATO leaders said China was the deciding factor in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Let us recall that on July 4, President Zelenskyy, in an interview with Bloomberg, said that Ukraine does not have 100% proof that Chinese weapons are getting to Russia, and recalled that Xi assured him of this.
