Joe Biden announced his withdrawal from the presidential race and endorsed the candidacy of Vice President Kamala Harris.

All 50 Democratic state leaders have endorsed US Vice President Kamala Harris as the party’s presidential candidate. Reuters reported this on Sunday, July 21, citing its own sources.

According to the news agency, the state leaders met online on Sunday immediately after Joe Biden announced that he would not enter the presidential race.

Specifically, one of the agency’s sources says that Harris received “full support” as the party’s candidate.

The final decision on the official nomination will be made at the Democratic National Convention, scheduled for August 19-22.

It was previously reported that US President Joe Biden said he was ending his election campaign and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to run in his place.
