The corresponding decision was made by the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv. This was reported today, July 19, by the Ukrinform agency, citing the press secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office, Nadezhda Maksimets.
Thus, the amount of bail for Kolomoisky has not changed compared to the previous ruling.
On September 2, 2023, the SBU, the Bureau of Economic Security and the Office of the Prosecutor General served Kolomoisky with a notice of suspicion under Articles 190 and 209 of the Criminal Code: fraud and legalization (laundering) of property obtained by criminal means.
On the same day, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv chose a preventive measure for Kolomoisky in the form of detention with the possibility of posting bail, the amount of which was subsequently changed several times.
