The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution to reduce the paperwork burden on the TCC and centralize the printing of summonses.

The press service of the Ministry of Defense reported this.

It is noted that the changes to the procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization in a special period were initiated by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff.

The resolution adopted by the government will significantly reduce the paperwork burden on territorial recruitment and social support centers (TSS) and centralize the process of printing summonses, the department notes.

It is noted that now the TCCs will be able to generate summonses using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons liable for Military Service, and Reservists. The Ministry of Defense notes that this significantly simplifies the procedure.

Previously, TCC operators had to manually issue summonses, which took a lot of time and resources, the Ministry of Defense noted. – Now this process is becoming centralized: summonses can be generated and printed using the Oberig registry. TCC operators will also be able to sign summonses using a qualified electronic signature.

These innovations will reduce the paperwork load on the TCC and optimize military registration processes, increasing their efficiency, the department emphasized. – It is worth noting that the method of notifying military personnel has not changed – summonses will continue to be handed in person or sent by mail.
