In Kyiv, as a result of a massive missile attack, 20 people died and more than 60 were injured, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported on Monday, July 8.

In this regard, Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko also reported an increase in the number of victims in the capital as a result of the attack.

In particular, there are now 16 victims in Okhmatdyt hospital, seven of them children. So far, 15 victims have been hospitalized.
Klitschko added that two victims from other areas died in hospital.
Also preliminary, seven people died in the Dnieper region as a result of debris falling on a medical center. Emergency services are in place there.
There were also seven dead in the business center in the Solomensky district.
“The information is being clarified and updated,” Klitschko added.
In total, 31 people died in Ukraine as a result of the enemy attack, and another 125 were injured.
Earlier on Monday it was reported that the Russians had attacked Kyiv with Kinzhal missiles. A loud explosion was heard in the city. Rocket debris fell in seven districts of the city.
The missile strike also affected other cities. In particular, ten people died in Krivoy Rog.
