Propagandists from the TASS state agency wrote about this on June 20.
Footage showing the use of a bomb was also published by the Fighterbomber telegram channel, which is close to Russian military circles.
On his account on the X network (formerly Twitter), the video was posted by Rob Lee, one of the leading Western military experts and a senior researcher at the US-based Foreign Policy Research Institute.

A TASS source claims that the target of the strike was the temporary deployment point of the Ukrainian military in Liptsy, Kharkov region.
The published footage shows that the bomb did not hit the three-story house that was likely to be the target, but exploded next to it.
According to Western military analysts, Russia has begun to actively use old air bombs equipped with modern planning and correction modules against Ukrainian positions. Such tactics lead not only to the destruction of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ fortifications, but also to the almost complete destruction of the populated areas in which they are located.
During the Nazi offensive on Volchansk in the Kharkov region, most of the buildings in this locality were destroyed.
