Of these, 57 are represented at the highest level – presidents or prime ministers. There will be delegations from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from other countries.
There will also be representatives of the Council of Europe, the European Commission, the European Council, the European Parliament, the OSCE, the UN, and the Organization of American States. Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew will also arrive.

Six countries will be sent ambassadors: Indonesia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, the Philippines, and Brazil. In addition, Brazil and the Holy See have observer status, not participant status, at the peace summit. As expected, there will be no delegation from China
