This was reported by the publication “European Truth” with reference to Macron’s statement made during a joint press conference of both heads of state.
According to Macron, the delegations from Kyiv and Paris held talks on the restoration of Ukraine and decided that new instruments would be created to accompany this process.
An agreement has been signed on a fund of 200 million euros, intended for those enterprises that will invest in Ukraine’s critical infrastructure for recovery, Macron noted. “We also decided that 60 million euros from this fund will be dedicated to the energy sector and its priorities.
In addition, Paris is expanding the mandate of the French Development Agency to support projects in Ukraine at the local level and is sending 20 technical experts to various key ministries in Ukraine to provide technical assistance.
