The minister emphasized that the position of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the rescuers is that the employees of the rapid response unit are fully booked.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Igor Klimenko, said that 90% of the rescuers and policemen were reserved from the mobilization.
“An agreed decision was made to reserve 90% of the personnel of the State Emergency Service and the National Police. 10% of the employees of the State Emergency Service have the choice to mobilize in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard or the State Border Service. 10% of policemen subject to mobilization can join the Lyut brigade or three combat brigades of the National Police of Ukraine,” he said.
The minister emphasized that the position of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding the rescuers is that the workers of the rapid response units (firemen, sappers, rescuers, chemists, engineers, etc.) are fully booked. Therefore, this decision will not affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the State Emergency Service.
Let us remind you that the government amended Resolution No. 76, according to which enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC) and the energy sector can reserve up to 100% of workers. Reservations through the Diya portal have also been introduced.
