The Goloseevsky District Court of Kyiv, in the case of producing fictitious disability certificates, assigned ex-People’s Deputy Irina Sysoenko a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative to bail of 904 thousand UAH.

Sysoenko has already deposited the money and has been released, reports the publication Obshchestvennoe with reference to the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
It is noted that:
- the measure of restraint against the suspect was chosen on June 3;
- another defendant – an accomplice who, together with Sysoenko, was caught red-handed during the transfer of the kickback – was also assigned to detention with an alternative of almost 250 thousand UAH of bail. He was also released from custody;
- The court also chose a preventive measure for the suspected doctor – she was given night house arrest.
Let us remind you that Sysoenko was suspected in the case of a group that was engaged in the production of fictitious certificates of disability, which, according to the investigation, “earned” up to 100 thousand dollars. USA monthly.
