The adopted law “defines the term “healthy educational environment” and defines the mechanisms for ensuring a healthy educational environment in the field of preschool education.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a general law on preschool education, which provides for seven forms of organizing educational activities. People’s Deputy of Ukraine Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced this on Thursday, June 6.

It is reported that 299 people’s representatives voted for the corresponding bill.

Instead of the current list of types of preschool educational institutions, which until now was used only by preschool educational institutions, a new list was created with the new term “forms of organization of activities which is educational.” 7 ways of organizing educational activities are proposed (nursery, kindergarten, special kindergarten, mobile kindergarten, family kindergarten, pedagogical partnership center, child development center),” says the explanatory note.

The adopted law “defines the term “healthy educational environment” and defines the mechanisms for ensuring a healthy educational environment in the field of preschool education.

It was previously reported that the Rada adopted the law in English. The law determined the status of the English language as one of the languages ​​of international communication in Ukraine.
