The all-terrain vehicles were purchased in Norway thanks to donations from the Latvian community of Chicago and sent by the Ukrainian Embassy together with the Latvian volunteer organization “SOS Help to the Ukrainian Army.”
The Ukrainian Embassy in Latvia organized the shipment of the Bandvagn 202 tracked all-terrain amphibious vehicle for the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
It is reported that the all-terrain vehicle was purchased in Norway thanks to donations from the Latvian community of Chicago and was sent by the Ukrainian Embassy together with the Latvian volunteer organization “SOS Help to the Ukrainian Army”.
“All-terrain vehicles are designed to transport personnel and equipment in snowy conditions and swampy areas. The Bv202 can transport 10 soldiers and up to one ton of cargo,” the diplomatic mission specified.
Ambassador of Ukraine Anatoly Kutsevol expressed gratitude to the Latvian society and all concerned citizens abroad for helping Ukraine in the war against the Russian Federation.

Earlier it was reported that the Czech Republic collected more than 1.6 billion euros for the purchase of artillery shells for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
