Explosions were heard near Poltava – media

Before the incident, the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was warned about the detection of enemy strike drones.

The explosion occurred around midnight, May 22, in the Poltava region. An air alert was declared in the region due to the threat of an enemy attack using suicide bombers. It was reported by Suspilne Poltava on Telegram.

An alarm was sounded in the region before the explosion. In addition, the command of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned about the detection of enemy strike drones.

Poltava residents reported online the sound of an explosion heard in the Poltava region.
