Miller added that Ukraine’s victory in the war would automatically mean Russia’s defeat in the confrontation.
“I think our position – who we want to see as the winner of this war and who the loser – has remained clear for more than two years,” he said.
Earlier, Lloyd Austin assured that America will not allow Ukraine to lose the war. According to him, military aid to Ukraine is the West’s investment in its own security.
