Russian troops may be preparing strikes on critical infrastructure in Chernigov. This was announced by the head of the city’s military administration Dmitry Brizhinsky on Telegram on Thursday, May 9.
“In the event of an air raid, please ignore it and take shelter. Avoid crowded areas and stay away from critical infrastructure,” he wrote.
According to Brizhinsky, critical infrastructure facilities include:

gas distribution stations;

administrative buildings of local authorities, etc.
