A representative of the administration of the arboretum in Kropyvnytskyi, where a woman died today as a result of falling from an observation wheel, told the Public that the deceased left a suicide note in which she asks “not to blame anyone for her death, but to blame Putin and the Russians.”

He also said that, according to eyewitnesses, the woman leaned over the booth and fell out when she reached the top of the ride. She left behind a 15-year-old son.
